Shipping

  • For in-stock items, they will be shipped within 1 business day.
  • For products that require ordering and production, considering the production cycle, they are generally shipped within 4 to 8 weeks. If you need the items faster, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • For customized orders, the delivery time varies due to differences in design styles and production processes. We will confirm the specific delivery time with the customer after the design is completed.

The delivery time for packages depends on the shipping destination. We can only provide an estimated delivery time after the items are shipped. After shipment, logistics transportation is beyond our control and is affected by various factors such as weather and postal systems. All orders are shipped via global express delivery and come with full insurance. Typically, the logistics cycle for international packages is 2-10 business days, and within Europe, it is 1-3 business days. Once the package is dispatched, we will provide the tracking number.

Duties, taxes, and VAT for international orders are not included in the checkout total. Payment of any duties, taxes, and VAT is the responsibility of the recipient. We will provide necessary assistance within our capabilities.

  • For repairs or refurbishments not caused by quality issues, even years after purchase, you can still contact us for service. Upon receiving the jewelry, we will inspect it and provide a cost estimate after determining the repair plan.

All our pieces are handmade, and natural gemstones and pearls used may have slight variations in color and size. The metal hardness of gold and silver is relatively low, and daily wear may result in scratches, which is entirely normal. Every slight variation during wear adds a personal touch to your jewelry and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

It is exceptionally pure and can exhibit a vivid sky-blue color under sunlight. The main stone is untreated on the back, and when worn under suitable lighting conditions, the amber can present a soft blue-purple luster. Gemological knowledge: The inherent color of Dominican Blue Amber is not blue but a bright lemon yellow or egg white hue. The blue color it exhibits is a result of light refraction. Dominican Blue Amber is one of the rarest amber varieties globally, exclusively found in the Dominican Republic and facing imminent depletion. It's the only amber type that showcases a vivid blue color under sunlight. Many commercially available blue ambers only exhibit a noticeable blue color under UV light and cannot be considered genuine blue amber. In the Dominican Republic, only a small fraction of the blue amber can showcase a vibrant sky-blue hue, considered the highest color grade for blue amber.
