  • RING RESIZING

    The ring can be resized up or down by a maximum of three sizes. If resizing beyond three sizes is required, it cannot be done, as it may impact the overall quality of the ring.

  • RING ENGRAVING

    Engraving is common in wedding rings and is considered a commemoration of marriage. A nickname, a love quote, a psalm, or even a joke known only to the couple can be perfect engraving ideas.

  • RING CLEANING

    We suggest suitable cleaning services tailored to your piece's characteristics. Professional inspections before and after ensure gemstone security and proper functioning.

After-sales Service

For every order, you enjoy a lifetime warranty service against hidden flaws and defects. All our jewelry is handcrafted, adhering to the highest quality standards. To demonstrate our commitment, we promise to provide repair services for your jewelry in case of hidden flaws or defects.

If repair is necessary, we conduct a thorough examination of your jewelry to identify the origin of the defect. In the event of our mistake, the warranty against hidden flaws and defects comes into effect, and we take responsibility for the repair and return of your jewelry.

This warranty does not apply to resized items or any jewelry that has undergone operations outside of ZWonder studios.

Jewelry Repair & Refurbishment

In the case that your jewelry requires repair or refurbishment not due to hidden flaws or defects (such as impact, scratches, exceeding the resizing period, re-rhodium plating, etc.), the repair cost will be charged based on the estimate provided by our studio.

If your jewelry needs repair, even after several years of purchase, you just need to contact us, and we will guide you through the detailed steps for sending the jewelry.

Upon receiving your jewelry, we conduct an inspection and provide a repair estimate. If you approve the estimate, our studio will proceed with repairing your jewelry and send it back to you as soon as possible.

Honesty and Transparency in Collaboration

If an unexpected incident occurs (such as accidentally dropping the jewelry, getting it caught in a door, scratching it against a hard object, or engaging in physical activities while wearing it), we prefer that you honestly inform us of the situation rather than attempting to seek warranty coverage for hidden flaws and defects through concealment.

Honesty and transparency form the foundation of friendly collaboration. We are more than willing to assist you in finding the best solution if you openly communicate the source of the problem. This can help you avoid prolonged waits for responses from our specialists!
