• For customers outside the EU, your package will be shipped by DHL. DHL provides fast and reliable international express services globally and is widely used in cross-border logistics.
• Your package will be delivered to you personally with a required signature.
• The package is sent in complete confidentiality (no apparent mention of the brand and the product)

Hand to hand delivery is available from Monday to Friday excluding holidays for Paris intra-muros and the inner suburbs (concerning Aubervilliers, Bagnolet, Boulogne, Charenton, Clichy, Courbevoie, Gentilly, Issy Les Moulineaux, Ivry sur seine, Kremlin Bicêtre, Levallois, Les Lilas, Malakoff, Montreuil, Montrouge, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Saint-Mandé, Pantin, Pré-Saint-Gervais, Puteaux, Saint-Ouen, Vanves, Vincennes)

The amount for this delivery is :

• For Paris intra-muros: 20€
• For the inner suburbs: 30€

The hand to hand delivery will be done by our staff if we are available. Otherwise it would be done by a courier and the package will be entirely unmarked for security reasons. You have the guarantee that your package is only delivered by hand.

As soon as you choose this method of delivery and your order is validated, our customer service will contact you directly by phone to agree with you the day and time for the arrival of your package.

For customers outside of the EU, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

• For jewels in stock, they will be prepared within 24h after the order confirmation date. The preparation time can vary according to peak season like Black Friday or Christmas.
• Most of our jewels are made to order. We typically require 4 to 8 weeks to complete the production. Customized and high-end jewelry may take even longer.

The shipping time for packages depends on the shipping destination. We can only provide an estimated delivery time after the items are shipped. After shipment, logistics transportation is beyond our control and is affected by various factors such as weather and postal systems.

The current postal terms depend on each particular country and are subject to change unexpectedly. Therefore, ZWonder Fine Jewelry take no responsibility for any transit delays and additional fees that may be applied by each country’s customs services.

Typically, the logistics cycle for international packages is 2-10 business days, and within Europe, it is 1-3 business days.
