Payment Process for Customization Orders

  • Is installment payment supported?

    Our payment system currently does not support installment payments.

    However, you can make payments at different stages of the custom order process based on the agreed-upon proportions. All payments must be completed in full before the jewelry is crafted and shipped.

  • What payment methods are available?

    For custom products, we only accept bank transfers. We will provide you with the necessary bank information for the transfer after you confirm your selection of ZWonder for jewelry customization.

  • Can the deposit be refunded?

    Customized products are unique, and once we provide the requested gemstone, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
