Shipping policy
We do our best to ship internationally even at times of global uncertainty. However, the current postal terms depend on each particular country and are subject to change unexpectedly. Therefore, we at ZWonder Fine Jewelry take no responsibility for any transit delays and additional fees that may be applied by each country’s customs services.
To ensure the safe delivery of your items, all orders within the EU are shipped via La Poste, while all orders outside the EU are shipped via DHL. Full logistics insurance is included with all orders. Shipping fees will be calculated during the purchase process.
Note: we do not send to post office boxes. Delivery requires personal signature, and please sign on the courier's receipt.
For orders in Paris
Hand to hand delivery is available from Monday to Friday excluding holidays for Paris intra-muros and the inner suburbs (concerning Aubervilliers, Bagnolet, Boulogne, Charenton, Clichy, Courbevoie, Gentilly, Issy Les Moulineaux, Ivry sur seine, Kremlin Bicêtre, Levallois, Les Lilas, Malakoff, Montreuil, Montrouge, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Saint-Mandé, Pantin, Pré-Saint-Gervais, Puteaux, Saint-Ouen, Vanves, Vincennes)
The amount for this delivery is :
- For Paris intra-muros: 20€
- For the inner suburbs: 30€
The hand to hand delivery will be done by our staff if we are available. Otherwise it would be done by a courier and the package will be entirely unmarked for security reasons. You have the guarantee that your package is only delivered by hand.

Custom Taxes
Shipments to countries outside Europe may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. ZWonder Fine Jewelry is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Most of our jewels are made to order, especially personalized ones and fine jewelry. After receiving the order confirmation, we would get in contact with you and keep you informed of the making process. Normally we start the making within 48h after the order confirmation. The jewels will be delivered once we finish the jewelry making (depending on the design, the making may takes 4-8 weeks). Personalized jewels have a specific preparation time which is indicated during the purchase process.
- For jewels in stock, they will be prepared within 24h after the order confirmation date. The preparation time can vary according to peak season like Black Friday or Christmas.
